ABOUT ME

Long story short

Raised in Tunisia and based in France, I am a Web Designer and an aspiring Project Manager. I hold an academic background in International Relations, Migration and Cyberdiplomacy, which helps me decipher current phenomena and dynamics.

I have built professional experience within NGOs back in Tunisia, where I contributed to shedding light on important and underrepresented issues. I am also the author of over 70 articles in French, focusing on Tunisian success stories while addressing everyday challenges through a solution-oriented lens.

Beyond both academic and professional journeys, football has played a formative role in my personal growth as a supporter. Within crowds, I learned to collaborate, to navigate pressure and most importantly to stand firmly by my values and beliefs.

I believe in the digital space as a tool of resistance, storytelling and collective action. Hence, I am currently into projects that carry strong meanings beyond aesthetics.

PAST EXPERIENCES

Nov 2024 – Mar 2025

At IRI, I supported democratic governance programming by strengthening coordination, reporting, and evidence flows across projects. I led the planning and delivery of trainings, consultations, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring activities were executed on time and to standard. By streamlining logistics and vendor management, I reduced operational delays and improved cost transparency. I facilitated cross-team communication through Arabic–French–English translation and interpretation, and produced structured activity notes and analytical inputs for donor reporting and internal briefings. I also organized M&E data collection systems, maintained participant follow-up processes, supported field missions, and conducted desk research to inform program adjustments and contextual risk assessments.

Jan 2023 – Dec 2023

From this position, I contributed to advancing environmental justice by combining communication, youth engagement, and operational support. I co-led the production of environmental podcasts and public communication campaigns that translated research into accessible narratives, and designed and facilitated environmental workshops in schools to strengthen youth participation and local awareness. I supported transparent financial management by monitoring regional expenditures and contributing to budget reporting, while coordinating logistics for events and stakeholder consultations. I also co-authored a COP28 position paper, synthesizing research into policy recommendations for national and international audiences, and implemented a digital archiving system to preserve institutional knowledge and improve internal efficiency.

Aug 2022 – Dec 2022

As an intern at FTDES, I supported advocacy and outreach efforts through translation, event coordination, and field engagement. I delivered accurate Arabic–French translations for research and advocacy materials, helping make policy work accessible to wider audiences. I also coordinated large-scale events with over 100 participants, strengthening stakeholder networks, and gathered field insights during regional visits to inform advocacy strategies and program priorities.

Sep 2022 – Aug 2023

As a writer at Yaluna, I produced 72 research-based articles that met strict editorial standards and contributed to expanding the platform’s reach and public understanding. My work combined interviews, rigorous fact-checking, and clear storytelling to ensure accuracy and credibility. I also applied SEO and content strategies to improve readership, strengthen online visibility, and maximize the impact of each publication.
